As standard, we use Royal Mail as our shipping service. If you would prefer another service or courier to be used as you have had better experiences with them in your region, please let us know and we would be happy to get a quote for you.
Regions we ship to
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, providing we can find a shipping service or courier to deliver to you. The full cost of packing and shipping is to be met by the customer.
If you purchase items directly from the store page, the prices are generated automatically from the Royal Mail postage quote website. This includes a small uplift to cover packing materials and insurance.
Current build time is around 6 weeks. We will keep you updated through the build process and as soon as the build is complete we will ship the joystick. Delivery times vary depending on location, but as soon as we have an estimated delivery timescale we will let you know. All of our parcels are tracked, and we will provide you with the tracking number so that you can follow the progress or the delivery throughout.
We do not accept any returns for unwanted items or if you change your mind about your purchase. Due to the joysticks being completed custom items that have been manufactured to your specification, we are not able to take these back into stock.
If your joystick is faulty, please get in touch with us immediately and we will work with you to repair the item. We do not offer refunds, however, we will ensure that the item is fully repaired and returned to you.
In order to mitigate the likelihood of faulty items being sent out to customers, all joysticks are fully tested before being shipped. Videos of these tests will be emailed to you, before the joystick is dispatched.
